To report a maintenance issue please click on the appropriate tab below and follow any guidance given and ensure you are as descriptive as possible and always provide a photo of the problem.
Reporting of a fault is also deemed as giving our contractors authorisation to visit the property so please ensure all members of your household are aware that you have reported a fault.
Contractors working hours will vary but you can normally expect a visit between 08:00 and 17:00hrs
If you experience an emergency issue, you will be expected to either isolate the respective service, turn off the mains water stop tap or stop using an item that is causing the fault and contact us by phone. Please also continue to report the issue here to create a log of the time and date the issue was raised.
